Shipping and Handling
DecorateStore.Com E-Commerce Inc. ships to all fifty United States. We do not ship or bill orders internationally, including Canada. Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
Shipping Carriers & Expected Time
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx.
Orders will arrive within 4 to 7 business days within Continental USA and 5 to 15 business days to Alaska and Hawaii, following credit card authorization.

Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will contact you by phone or email provided in your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you have purchased. But if something is not right, please let us know. We will gladly accept returns of unopened merchandise.
NOTICE: BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR ORDER FOR REFUND, YOU MUST CALL US (1-800-519-1889) TO OBTAIN A RETURN ID NUMBER. WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THIS ID!!!

Restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all refunds. We only accept returns 30 days after purchase. We only accept unopened rolls. Shipping fee is not refundable. Please allow 4-8 weeks for refund to process.
We offer NO exchanges. Please order samples before purchasing to verify colors.

Our Price Guarantee
We stay behind our price 110%, and that is why we will refund 110% of price difference of product price if you find it cheaper somewhere else within 3 months after your order.
Our price guarantee does not apply to closeout, discontinued or items on special sale. Decorate Store reserves the right not to sell any product below its cost.
